Tante Marie Culinary Academy is the UK’s oldest independent cookery school and is the only school in the UK which is able to award its Cordon Bleu Diploma as well as the acclaimed CTH Level 4 Diploma in Professional Culinary Arts – a qualification that was created by Tante Marie together with the Confederation of Tourism and Hospitality. In addition to its acclaimed professional qualifications, Tante Marie offers an impressive range of 1 and 2 day ‘Lifestyle Courses’ and Gap Year programmes.

Since 1954 Tante Marie has been setting standards that other cookery schools aspire to and in 2008 the school became part of Gordon Ramsay Holdings – an impressive link to the industry, meaning its courses are always up to date and as well as learning impressive and relevant industry skills and techniques, Tante Marie graduates have launched successful careers around the world.
