Yellow with golden reflections, soft and mellow with a complex bouquet of honey, vanilla and coffee. Try serving this rich, creamy Chardonnay slightly warmer, say 55’F (13’C), than usual and in a bigger glass to release the aromas and give it a bolder taste.
