- 30ml Babicka Vodka
- 60ml champagne vermouth (55ml fizz, splash vermouth)
- dried chrysanthemum
- 30ml Benedictine
Method

Pour all the ingredients into a mixing glass with ice. Stir for 15 seconds and serve in a chilled coupette glass. If you’re really pushing the boat out, garnish with an edible flower and absinthe jelly.
