- 45ml quality Japanese whisky (such as Hibiki)
- 15ml plum-infused sake
- 10ml Kamm & Sons liqueur
- 1⁄2tsp miso
- 3 drops liquorice bitters
Put all of the ingredients into a tall mixing glass and stir quickly with a long spoon.
Strain into a coupe glass over a small block of ice and serve.
