Vieux Rectangle

Ingredients

  • 40ml cognac
  • 15ml vermouth
  • 15ml Aperol
  • 2 dashes of Angostura bitters
  • 2 dashes absinthe
  • 1 piece of lemon rind
  • Ice

Method

Makes 1

Simply stir all the liquids together in a mixing glass along with the ice.

Strain into a stem glass and squeeze the lemon rind over to release the oils
