Ingredients
- 40ml Ron Zacapa 23
- 30ml Floc de Gascogne (fortified wine)
- 15ml verjus (juice of unripe grapes)
- 5ml Campari
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s Bitters
- 40ml Partizan Pale Ale squeeze of lime
Method
Frequently thronging the world’s best bar lists, we simply had to include a pour from The Langham hotel’s flagship bar, Artesian. Serve this to your guests at a New Year’s Eve cocktail party and you can drink up the plaudits.
Place all ingredients into a shaker, add ice and just roll. Pour into a chilled cloud (glass). Sometimes the finest drinks are simply made.
