Serves 4 Sauces and accompaniments
Bring a saucepan of water to a rolling boil. Add the edamame straight from frozen to the water and return the water to the boil. Cook for 2 minutes, then drain well and shake dry.
Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the edamame beans, soy sauce and mirin and fry over a high heat for 2-3 minutes until the cases are browned. Add a little sea salt.
Transfer to a bowl, allow to cool for 5 minutes, then serve, topped with sesame seeds.
