This palate-cleansing gin tipple, an old signature from London’s most secretive haunt, The Blind Pig, has recently returned to the menu in what is a celebratory roll call of the bar’s greatest hits.
To make it, simply mix the salt and 200ml water into a solution. Add the rest of the ingredients into a shaker with a dash of the solution, shake and double strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with dill.
