Ingredients

  • 900g radishes
  • 2tbsp caster sugar
  • 100g butter

Method

Put the radishes into a saucepan and barely cover with water. Add the sugar and butter and bring to the boil. Cook until the water has evaporated and the radishes are cooked but slightly crisp and nicely glazed. Serve immediately.
