- 10ml Acqua di Cedro Nardini
- 25ml Hendrick's Orbium
- 10ml Noilly Prat Dry
- 2.5ml Suze Saveur d'Autrefois
- 60ml Gentleman's Soda
- 3 Kalamata olives, to garnish
Method
This zesty take on the classic Negroni comes from the new summer cocktail menu at the Rosewood London’s Scarfes Bar, and is inspired by Pavarotti’s falsetto.
To make, pour all the ingredients into a flute over ice. Garnish with the Kalamata olives.
