  • 10ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 20ml coffee-infused Campari
  • 45ml Antica Formula
  • pink grapefruit soda
  • lemon twist and orange twist, to garnish

Method

A perky party cocktail from the team at St James Bar at the Sofitel St James hotel, this coffee-infusedconcoction is the Italian ambassador on their new menu, which celebrates lesser-known spirits.

To infuse the Campari add 20 coffee beans to one bottle and leave for 24 hours, then strain.

For the cocktail, stir the spirits with ice, strain into a chilled glass and top with soda and citrus twists.
