Ingredients

  • 4-5 long stems lemongrass floral
  • honey, to taste

Method

Give the roots of the lemongrass a good bash with a rolling pin, and then cut them into slices about ½cm thick. Place them in a teapot and fill with boiling water. Stir well and leave to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Pour into cups and sweeten with a floral honey as desired.
