Malt milkshake pops

Makes 6 Desserts and puddings

Ingredients

  • 370ml almond milk (unsweetened)
  • 150ml single cream
  • 25g icing sugar
  • 75g Horlicks Light
  • 40g dark chocolate (minimum 70% cocoa solids), melted
  • 40g Maltesers, crushed

You will need

  • 6 x ice-lolly moulds

Method

In a saucepan, gently heat the almond milk and cream. Whisk the icing sugar and Horlicks powder into the hot liquid. Allow to cool, then transfer to the moulds.

When ready to serve, remove from the moulds and dip the top of each pop into the melted chocolate, followed by the crushed Maltesers. Leave to set, then serve when set.
