  • 50ml Dalmore 12
  • 25ml Amaro Montenegro
  • 25ml Amontillado sherry
  • 25ml Banane du Brésil
  • 12.5g peanut butter

Method

Pulling together flavours and ingredients sourced from around the world, this heady concoction from the new menu at London’s Quaglino’s Bar works a treat as a postprandial tipple.

To make, combine all the ingredients using a stick blender. Pour through a coffee filter and serve over ice. Garnish with a slice of dehydrated banana dipped in chocolate.
