Paprika butter

Ingredients

  • 55g butter, softened (not melted)
  • 10g hard Italian cheese, very finely grated
  • 3/4tsp smoked sweet paprika

Method

Mix the ingredients together and put on a piece of baking paper. Roll up, securing both ends and put in the fridge to firm up.

Use to melt over roasted sweet potatoes, smear under the skin of chicken breasts before roasting, or add a round to the top of baked fish before serving.
