Raspberry and pomegranate vodka

Makes 4-6 x 200ml bottles Drinks

Ingredients

  • 750ml vodka
  • 700g frozen raspberries
  • 250g pack pomegranate seeds
  • 125g sugar

Method

In a large sterilised jar, combine the fruit and vodka. Seal, shake and leave for 3-5 days, shaking now and then. Using sterilised equipment, strain into a jug, discarding the fruit. Add the sugar, stir to dissolve and dilute to taste with cooled boiled water. Decant into sterilised bottles.

Keeps for 6 months.
