Rose petal tea

Ingredients

  • 3 big handfuls unsprayed pink and white rose petals, plus extra to serve
  • acacia honey, to taste

Method

Place the rose petals in a saucepan and add 4 cups of boiling water. Simmer for 4-5 minutes, until the petals are very wilted and the water is infused with rose. Pour the tea through a sieve into pretty heatproof glasses and sweeten to taste. Decorate each cup with extra rose petals and serve.
