Ingredients

  • 60ml Canadian rye whisky
  • 7.5ml Fernet-Branca
  • 7.5ml maple syrup
  • 2 dashes Angostura bitters
  • orange twist, to garnish

Method

Fill a mixing glass with ice cubes. Add all the ingredients, stir gently to combine and chill, then strain into a chilled coupe glass and serve garnished with the orange twist.
