Preheat the oven to its lowest setting and put the pods on a clean oven tray. Dry the pods in the oven for around 1-1½ hours until crisp. Grind in a coffee grinder or mini processor to a fine dust or a little coarser if you prefer.
Store in a sealed jar and use to dust over ice cream or any other desserts.
