Vintage Brandy Crusta

Makes 1

Vintage Brandy Crusta


  • 40ml cognac
  • 15ml curaçao
  • 20ml lemon juice
  • 3 drops Angostura bitters
  • 1 bar spoon caster sugar
  • 1 long strip lemon rind


Shake all of the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with some ice, except for the sugar and lemon rind. Double strain into a vintage stem glass.

Garnish rim with a coating of the sugar and the long strip of lemon rind.
