Four cuvées are offered by the glass alongside quality cocktails to toast your gathering. The menu of Russian and British classics suits every taste, ranging from caviar and oysters, to salmon and beef tartares. Comforting truffled potato and piquant mushroom vareniki are a must-order; pies, melting pork belly, chicken Kiev and chateaubriand are all excellent, too. Crème brûlée, flambéd at the table, is the ideal dessert.
