Designed by Sir Peter Blake, this floating barge restaurant brings a vibrant burst of colour to the streets of Paddington, which works harmoniously with the bold, fresh flavours on the menu. Start with Antipodean-inspired snacks of halloumi fries covered in a tangy pomegranate yoghurt, and spicy tuna tostadas with candied chilli. We highly recommend Timmy’s burger, a prime, 225g beef patty in a charcoal brioche bun. The chilli pineapple salsa adds extra zing.
