Sure, the eclectic music from the owner’s vinyl collection complements the industrial chic interior, while the natural wine list changes every week to showcase small-label producers, but the food is the star of the show. Opt for a sharing platter for a taste of the sea – roast trout, spiced mackerel and scarlet prawns with truffle- dusted fries.
