Serves 4 Drinks
Make a thyme syrup by boiling 50ml water with the sugar, add the thyme and simmer for 10 minutes. Filter and cool.
Fill four glasses equally with blueberries, ice, thyme syrup, lemon and apple juice. Mix, then add the Henkell Trocken and cassis. Garnish with thyme, pepper berries and apple.
