Blueberry Spritz

Blueberry Spritz with thyme and apple without bottle

Ingredients

  • 50g sugar
  • 6 thyme sprigs
  • 40g frozen blueberries
  • juice 2 lemons
  • 400ml apple juice
  • 400ml Henkell Trocken
  • 4tbsp cassis syrup
  • 1/2 apple, cored and sliced
  • pink pepper berries

Method

Make a thyme syrup by boiling 50ml water with the sugar, add the thyme and simmer for 10 minutes. Filter and cool.

Fill four glasses equally with blueberries, ice, thyme syrup, lemon and apple juice. Mix, then add the Henkell Trocken and cassis. Garnish with thyme, pepper berries and apple.
