Pick out 12 pretty blackberries and set aside. Put the remaining blackberries in a saucepan with the sugar and 1tbsp of water. Slowly bring to the boil over a low heat, until they are juicy. Push the mixture through a fine sieve or a food mill to remove the seeds. Add the lemon juice and leave to cool completely.
Whip the cream with the vanilla extract until soft peaks form. Fold in the yoghurt and two-thirds of the purée, until just combined. Spoon the mixture into glasses and drizzle with the remaining blackberry purée. Decorate with the reserved berries and serve straight away.
