Ingredients

  • 40ml Plymouth gin
  • 40ml raspberry cordial
  • 15ml Chelsea Garden tea syrup
  • 5ml Orgeat syrup
  • 10ml lemon juice
  • 0.5tsp silver edible glitter

Method

This vibrant summer cocktail is our pick from the cocktail menu at the recently opened Rockwell in London.

To make the tea syrup, brew 100ml of Chelsea Garden tea with 200g of sugar. Pour all cocktail ingredients into a mixing glass, add ice and stir. Serve in a champagne saucer.
