Café Frappé

Serves 1 Drinks

Ingredients

  • 30ml vodka
  • 22ml coffee liqueur
  • 7ml Amaro Averna
  • 30ml Espresso
  • 5ml white crème de menthe

Garnish (optional)

  • mint sprig or orange slice

Method

Pebble whip the ingredients(shake with 4-5 small ice pebbles)and pour into a frozen double rocks glass with crushed ice. Shimmy, top with crushed ice and garnish, if using.
