Serves 2-4 Starters and mains
Heat the oil in a large frying pan over a medium–high heat. Pat the halloumi with paper towels to remove any excess liquid, then add to the pan and cook for 2–3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
Drizzle the honey over the halloumi and cook for a further 1 minute. Scatter over the chilli and serve.
