The Blind Pig's Cube Pudding Jr

Ingredients
- 25ml Havana Club 3 year
- 25ml Grand Marnier
- 12.5ml ginger syrup
- 25ml lime juice
- 3 raspberries
- 1tsp freeze-dried yoghurt powder
Method
Masquerading as an optician’s above his Social Eating House, Jason Atherton’s bar The Blind Pig majors in the most inventive cocktails in London. His team is particularly proud of this fruity concoction.
To make, combine the ingredients in a shaker. Shake and fine strain over crushed ice in a tall glass. Top with more ice and serve with a straw, a chunky lime wedge, fresh raspberry and an edible blossom, sprinkled with icing sugar and yoghurt powder.
