Grilled turbot

Ingredients

  • 2 turbot fillets, skin on
  • 1tbsp olive oil

To serve

  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • handful flat-leaf parsley, chopped
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges

Method

Preheat the grill to a medium heat. Brush the turbot with olive oil and season with sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Grill for around 10 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through. Drizzle with olive oil, scatter with parsley and serve immediately with the lemon wedges.
