Lemon and herb salsa
Serves 4 Sauces and accompaniments
Ingredients
- 6 preserved lemon slices
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- 1tsp pul biber
- 10g coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 10g parsley leaves, finely chopped
- 3tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2tbsp toasted pine nuts, roughly chopped
Method

Remove the slices of preserved lemon from their oil and drain on kitchen paper. Chop them finely and put in a bowl with the rest of the ingredients.
