Mango, lime and habañero salsa

Makes 200g Sauces and accompaniments

Ingredients

  • 1 mango, cut into small cubes
  • juice 2 limes
  • 1 habañero chilli
  • handful coriander leaves, chopped
  • handful mint leaves, chopped
  • pinch sea salt
  • pinch sugar
  • 1tsp olive oil

Method

Mix all the ingredients

together and store in the

fridge until needed.
