Minted mango Lassis

Serves MAKES JUST UNDER 1.5 LITRES Drinks

Ingredients

  • 850g can mangoes in syrup
  • 500g natural yoghurt
  • 8 mint leaves
  • pinch of ground cardamom
  • 2tbsp caster sugar
  • juice of ½ lemon
  • 12 ice cubes, plus more to serve

Method

Reserving a little of the mango, add all the ingredients to a jug blender or smoothie maker and blitz until smooth.

Add a few more ice cubes to a glass and pour over the lassi. Serve with the reserved mango, chopped, on top.
