Miso Thirsty

Makes 1 Drinks

Ingredients

  • 45ml quality Japanese whisky (such as Hibiki)
  • 15ml plum-infused sake
  • 10ml Kamm & Sons liqueur
  • 1⁄2tsp miso
  • 3 drops liquorice bitters

Method

Put all of the ingredients into a tall mixing glass and stir quickly with a long spoon.

Strain into a coupe glass over a small block of ice and serve.
