Try your hand at this nourishing breakfast bowl from Oceania Cruises’ wellness-focused restaurant Aquamar Kitchen
The day before, put the lemon juice, 235ml water, maple syrup and orange juice in a blender. Add the frozen blueberries and chopped almonds, then blend for 30 seconds on full speed.
Transfer to a bowl and add the chia seeds, mixing with a whisk. Put in the fridge overnight. To serve, divide among 4 bowls and top with your choice of garnish.
