Serves 1 Drinks
Bars don’t come more plush or traditional than those at The Savoy, giving birth to the world’s first ‘celebrity’ barman, Harry Craddock, who penned the legendary Savoy Cocktail Book behind five feet of mahogany in the hotel bar.
The team at The Savoy claim the name of the drink is inspired by the colour palette of American road trips and the highway that connects North, Central and South America.
To make, pour all of the ingredients into a shaker with cubed ice, stir for 20 seconds and strain into a martini glass.
