Preheat the oven to 200C/ 180C F/Gas 6. Slice the pear lengthways. Place the pear slices on a baking paper-lined baking tray. Drizzle with the honey and bake for around 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, pick and finely chop the rosemary leaves.
Spread the sourdough slices with the butter. Heat a frying pan over a medium heat and toast the sourdough on both sides. Remove from the pan and sprinkle with a pinch of sea salt. Crumble the feta over the toasted sourdough and top with the roasted pear slices. Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with the chopped rosemary and enjoy
