Smoky Margarita
Serves 1 Drinks
Ingredients
- 30ml Cointreau
- 30ml añejo tequila
- 20ml mezcal
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- smoked salt and lime, to garnish
Method
Raise a glass to Cointreau with this smoky twist on
the classic margarita. Celebrating the iconic French liqueur brand's 170th birthday, it's best served with a pour from their limited edition anniversary bottle which has been designed by surrealist artist Vincent Darre. 700ml, £35 harveynichols.com
Shake all the ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice, then strain over ice in a rocks glass rimmed with smoked salt. Garnish with a lime cheek.
