Serious thought goes into every drink at London bar Mr Fogg's and this one is a celebratory tipple, with a little Cuban flavour.
Pour all the ingredients into a balloon glass with the passion fruit and mint, then simply swizzle it together with crushed ice. Garnish with a bamboo leaf, bamboo straw, dried pineapple, and half-empty passion fruit. For a bit of added theatre, add some cinnamon bark into the passion fruit and put a flame to it.
