Whiskey Sour

Serves 1 Drinks

Ingredients

  • 60ml bourbon
  • 22ml lemon juice
  • 22ml simple syrup
  • 1 egg white

Garnish

  • Angostura stripe

Method

Put the ingredients in a shaker and dry shake vigorously to emulsify.

Add ice, then shake and strain into a frozen sour glass and garnish.
