Breaking all the brunch rules, Coya ramps up the Latin flair every Saturday for four hours of pisco-fuelled partying. Kicking things off with free-flowing champagne and bottomless Bloody Marys accompanied by bite-sized salmon and tuna tacos, guests are invited to pile plates high with ceviche, pork bao buns and sticky beef tataki skewers. Avocado and chilli are mashed at the table ready to be scooped onto crisp corn tortillas.
