This is a carnivore’s utopia. Hawksmoor has crammed in as many bits of animal as possible into its sharing breakfast: pig’s trotter in the baked beans and short-rib in the bubble and squeak to go with the Jurassic-sized bone marrow and smoked bacon chop, black pudding, and sausages (from pork, beef and mutton). Hawksmoor is fantastic at taking simple ideas to new levels and the cornflake milkshake is a divine concept, offering a nod to the sweet milk at the bottom of your cereal bowl. The options don’t end there, but everything looks so good, you’ll have to come back.
