With his menu at this Albemarle Street site, he presents a huge selection of international meat and vegetable-based dishes that prioritise quality over quantity. Gossamer-thin vitello tonnato with capers and lemon uses impeccably sourced veal, while asparagus with olive oil is an exercise in restraint. Few carbs make it through the door; rather vegetable-forward sides such as crushed peas, spiced corn and charred broccoli.
