The younger sibling to Soho’s Michelinstarred Lima, Lima Floral takes you on a tasting tour stretching from the Andes to the Amazon rainforest. Go easy on the moreish, pre-dinner plantain crisps before ordering six to eight small plates, including the crunchy asparagus tempura doused in tiger’s milk, tender beef saltadito with buttery creamed corn and refreshing scallop tiradito sprinkled with slightly sweet edible flowers. After supper, slink off to the Lost Alpaca basement bar to try the pisco-based Amazonia Smoke, spiked with intriguing tobacco liqueur.
