NEW MODERN MED
Meet your next neighbourhood favourite: Marylebone’s modern Mediterranean bistro Lita showcases southern European flavours using prime British produce, such as hand-dived Orkney scallops, Cornish turbot, Hereford beef and Norfolk quail. The brainchild of restaurateur Daniel Koukarskikh, it’s a relaxing space with warm earthy tones, restored antique furniture and colourful art. Chef Luke Ahearne – with The Clove Club, Corrigan’s Mayfair and Luca on his CV – brings a bold menu of sharing plates to the table, cooked over an open-fire grill. You’ll find a mix of traditional and contemporary influences, supported by an imaginative wine list that shines a light on small, biodynamic producers across Europe. A great spot to break bread with friends long into the evening, it’s little wonder Lita gained Michelin Guide recognition within months of opening.
