Outlaw’s at The Capital

A year on from his first foray into capital dining at the Capital Hotel, Cornish seafood sensation Nathan Outlaw has picked up a Michelin star. Of the plates that grace the gently aquatic-themed dining room (think blue tones and coral-inspired lamps), highlights include luscious lobster in a deeply umami bouillabaisse-style broth with fresh-as-you-like broad beans; and flakes of mullet paired with a mound of sweet crab.
