Perched on the corner of the vibrant Stokes Croft, this ethically focused tapas joint features an ever-changing menu chalked up on the back wall, alongside the producers whose ingredients it stars. From a cohesive collection of small plates, start with Portuguese ‘punched’ potatoes with garlic and rosemary, finished with a drizzle of harissa oil. Sweetcorn fritters come loaded with jalapeño peppers and have a rich crumb of bitter dark chocolate to offset the sweetness. Finish with a soft, silky pear cheesecake, topped with desiccated coconut and crushed cashew nuts.
