Hana is a shining example of how a
contemporary Japanese restaurant should
look. Sakura branches mix with urban
design and neutral bamboo tones, which
set the backdrop to truly excellent food.
Feast on sashimi, nigiri and maki served in
a crystal box, and wash it down with a
violet risshun cocktail scented with cherry
blossom. Move on to quail with shichimi
pepper and mirin-marinated black cod
with yuzu chilli-miso sauce. Finish with
delicate fruit jelly, bitter chocolate and
sour cherry, with a side of floral-flavoured
macarons.
