Festooned with greenery and botanical inspiration, this quaint, informal south London restaurant holds respectfully cooked vegetables at its core. Start with small plates of roast squash with tahini, courgette, mint, dill and feta fritters, or halloumi chips with crème fraîche. For something more substantial, try roasted cauliflower korma, where the earthy brassica is matched brilliantly with a gently spiced Indian gravy. Proteins such as tuna steak with wasabi and prawns grilled in sumac are beautifully cooked. Head to the bar after dinner to try a zingy burnt citrus margarita.
