Tom Kerridge’s Chelsea pub The Butcher’s Tap & Grill embodies what he’s about: great meat, great beers, great atmosphere. It has a menu to savour with a pint – think Cumberland sausage Scotch eggs and wings with sriracha mayo; all the best cuts of steak, from cows fed the good stuff; Iberico chops and 1.2kg of pork tomahawk; and Tom Kerridge kebabs – choose from harissa lamb, Korean beef, teriyaki chicken or suya pork, or a selection of all four. To finish, there’s either sticky toffee pudding or apple crumble, which is frankly all you need – in the world of pub desserts, these two are king.
